Apparently it’s everywhere… and there are some more details about the case against Tim Chapman:

His attorney, Brook Hart, says, “It was simply a man who wet his pants with orange juice inadvertently and was changing them, doing nothing wrong at all and believing he had sufficient privacy to do it.”

Police are currently investigating the incident to decide whether or not to charge the 42-year-old.
